Who Can Apply for a Loan?

• Must be a Filipino citizen

• Aged between 21 to 65 years old

• Must have proof of income

   For Employed Applicants (Submit any of the following):

  • Latest Certificate of Employment (dated within 2 months)
  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Most recent 1-month payslip
  • Copy of latest LTO OR/CR

   For Self-Employed Applicants:

  • Latest Audited Financial Statement (AFS) or 3-month Balance Sheet
  • SEC or DTI Registration Documents
  • General Information Sheet (GIS) – for corporations

Product Features

1. Used Car Loan
   Pre-owned vehicles that are qualified for OAFP’s unit eligibility for financing.
2. Automobile Refinancing
   A collateralized loan covered by Promissory Note and Chattel Mortgage. It is known in the industry as OR/CR “Sangla” or car title loan. The OR/CR or the LTO Official Receipt and Certificate of Registration will be used as collateral for a cash loan.

Minimum Qualifications of Borrower

1. Citizenship
   • Filipino citizen
   • Foreigner, married to a Filipino and with an Alien Certificate of Registration and at least two (2) years of stay in the Philippines.
2. Age
   Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application and not more than 65 years old at the time of loan maturity for employed or 70 years old if self-employed.
3. No adverse records with other financial institutions

Basic Requirements

1. Copy of LTO Registration, Original LTO Registration, and LTO Official Receipt of the vehicle for unit inspection and car history verification
2. Proof of Billing
3. 2 Valid Government Issued IDs
4. Telephone or mobile phone number
5. Personal Email address
6. At least Php 20,000.00 monthly gross income for employed, or at least Php 40,000.00 for self-employed
7. Employment Criteria
   • For employed, permanent in a position or at least 2 years employed with present employer, or has been employed with present or previous employers within the same industry with a cumulative period of at least 2 years.
   • For business owners, a business must have been in operation for the past 2 years
   • For Professionals, must be at least 2 years of practice in a profession
   • For OFWs, at least three (3) years employed with a legitimate principal/ agency or have been employed with the present and previous legitimate principals/ agencies with a cumulative period of at least three (3) years.
