STEP 2

Screening

Once shortlisted, you will be invited to undergo the following:

HR Assessment
To learn more about you and to identify what you can bring to our organization; and to see how we can help you achieve your personal and professional goals.

Department Assessment
After passing the initial screening, you will be interviewed by the Department Manager for technical competency assessment. Depending on the position you are applying for, you may also be interviewed by the Director or by the President.

STEP 3

Job Offer

After passing the final interview, an HR representative will discuss to you the job offer and pre-employment requirements.
